Myanmar gave me good feedback.

The week in myanmar was good from the point of view were i was standing in my game. Didn´t play that well but got 4 rounds at least. I took a week off just as planed this week so i can work on the things I felt was not working in tournament mode. 12 days in India is next up so a lot of practice going in to that. This is what I´m working on during this week

- Cause of new swing thoughts my rutine gets a bit slow sometimes. With that I get a bit insecure. 90 % of my practice needs to be with my rutine. not 60 % as before.

- Shortgame, Made many weird mistakes from easy lies who should’ve resulted in a up and down. Just need to spend more time doing that.

- Spend more time on the course then on the driving range!

That should give me a better chance for good results the coming weeks.

Good night

You´ve seen them before…Now they are back.

Can´t remember what year Jarmo wear this, but it gave him headlines in newspapers and sport papers all over the world. Now they are back:

The awesome oakley glasses!

Unfortunately it didn´t help this week. But he will comeback!

I made the cut somehow, struggling a bit with my ballstricking, feeling a bit uncertain how I will hit the ball from different lays and so on. 2 days tog go and everything can happen on the weekend.

7.30 teeoff, early bird again.

Let the season begin.

Have done a lot of practice in very short time and we will see how that paid out tomorrow. I´m not hitting the ball as i want right now but it gets more and more consistent.

Just worked on my routine today, on every part of the game. Chipping and putting feels good. My longer game i´ve been focusing to hard on my technique lately. Tomorrow it´s time to let it go though!

Got a funny email a couple of days ago from someone called “Jan Banana”. “Jan”  wrote that “my swing looks like a junior swing and i need all the luck I can get”. :)

It would be nice to see Jan´s Swing and then judge who really swings like a junior, Who know´s maybe it´s a reason he call himself banana?.. :)

12.30 Teeoff tomorrow.

Excited to see how my game will feel.

Take care

Mingalaradon Gc…. Pretty flat, decent condition and wide from the tee. Not more to say about this course.

My pornstar caddie is back on the bag…Din.

There is some nice sceneries on the course.

Getting there…

My game is starting to feel better and better… Working hard on both my long game and the short game. I know it will take some more weeks before i feel 100 % Comfortable so my short game needs to be excellent to have a chance of winning.

Here is how the swing looks today:

Long days will get longer to get some more confidence for Myanmar.

See you

Myanmar visa fixed.

Had a couple of days of full practice. More or less back to full strength and I was actually in the gym this morning to do some stretching. Can say that my body feels really stiff after all the laying in bed from my sickness.

Yesterday me and Nils Florén (who got thru the Q-school) went to Bangkok for applying for a Myanmar visa. I have done it twice before and then it went smooth. This time though….

1 hour queuing outside the embassy…

And then 1 hour inside. (Myanmar embassy= hole in the wall)

When we hand  over our passport and the request to the embassy we did some bangkok seightseeing. However, after queuing 30 min 5 hours later me and Nils got our passports back with a nice visa in it.

Scheduled up some good practice until I fly to Myanmar on Monday. My new swing changes need more work so my hands gonna be soar in the evenings.

See you later

laying in bed…

Got some fever again on monday so I actually went to the hospital to check it out… They Said it was some kind of infection in my lungs. Have been eating some super duper antibiotics so I was back on the driving range today for some practice. Felt a bit tired already after an hour though. Hopefully I have some more energy tomorrow.

Got this clip from one of my best friends:

Awesome Jonas.

A good night sleep now.

XOXO

Charity Clinic.

Did a Charity Clinic yesterday with Johan Edfors, Thongchai Jaidee, Mikko Illonen and Simon Yates. We all had a blast going thru different shots on the range and at the Chipping green.

Longdriving from the knees. We didn´t have any measurement on the shots but I call myself a winner… :)

Didn´t last that long :)

Me and Simon took Thongchai´s Nissan GTR for a spinn. Jiihaaa…

Two weeks of hard practice is in front of me, a good schedule is set up now it´s just to follow it!

Ciao

For my swedish followers.

I love this uncut clip from the Scandinavian Masters in Stockholm. Peter Hedblom is working as a commentator under this tournament and the tv-producer keeps the camera running.

See you
